This Service Description makes an integral part of our EVALINK Agreement.
1. Features & Capabilities
The Virtual TNA Receiver manages and monitors incoming connections from Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters. It retrieves alarm- and technical messages coming from Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters. It supports sending downstream commands Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters.
- Manage and monitor connections from Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters
- Receiving alarm- and technical message from Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters
- Send downstream commands to Sitasys TNA alarm transmitters.
The connectivity between the Sitasys TNA transmitter and TNA-receiver is the responsibility of the Customer.
2. Billing
The Service is billed by the hour when its status is active. Each hour started is due. The bill for the previous month is finalized at the beginning of each new month. Shortly after, the bill is charged to your selected payment method.
3. Definitions
"TNA" TNA is a range of transmitters developed by Sitasys that use a proprietary secure IP communication protocol.
